This edge of village parcel of land was originally promoted by Penmellyn after achieving planning permission for five detached executive homes. Penmellyn designed the houses and worked closely with property developer Barepta Cove Ltd on this housing project.

Located in a rural area accessed down a long private drive, Penmellyn designed the conversion in order to provide a family home whilst retaining the intrinsic character of the traditional barn. The barn was expertly converted by experienced builder Bryant Construction Ltd.
