Located on the edge of the village of Lelant near St Ives, this is one of four large executive style detached dwellings situated in a former garden plot which included a tennis court. This was the largest of the four dwellings and was both designed and constructed by Penmellyn to the client’s exacting standards.
The dwelling benefits from a range of eco features including a heating system combining low energy air-source heat pump technology with a highly efficient thermal construction resulting in annual running costs amounting to a few hundred pounds .
